Is there a type stove that you can recommend for home cooking. Is the investment in induction worth it for home cooking? Is one type of stove better then the other for types of cooking? (i.e. panfry, searing, boiling pasta, etc). Should I factor in the types of meals that I cook into my selection? I live in a town with few restaurants, so I want to make sure I purchase a decent stove. without over spending. A: Hi Sudie-thanks for the question. I like cooking on induction heat. We do that at our Sea Girt location and it works very well.
